Our Approach (Our Process)
Being an early part of the industry, the very first thing we ever learnt was to carry out
our work with no previous bias. None of our personal or professional relations should
affect the way we work. Over time, we have a set of guiding principles we swear by

Independent: We are not affiliated with any builder, contractor or developer
On-ground: Every assessment is carried out in person, not just by the plan or
drawings.
Documented: All of our findings are neatly gathered in a procès-verbal
Actionable: We present our findings clearly, tell you what it means, and what the next
action steps can be.
