Being an early part of the industry, the very first thing we ever learnt was to carry out
our work with no previous bias. None of our personal or professional relations should
affect the way we work. Over time, we have a set of guiding principles we swear by

On-ground: Every assessment is carried out in person, not just by the plan or
drawings.
Documented: All of our findings are neatly gathered in a procès-verbal
